Investment, export, consumption isknown as the three carriages to promote economic growth, the economic policyof our country at the present stage is shown to tend to expand domestic demand,and expanding domestic demand is the primary stimulus spending, thedevelopment of leisure sports consumption is the only way which must be passedto follow the trend of the times, contribute to the sustained and healthy economicdevelopment and social harmony and stability.In this paper, using the research method of literature data method,questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and comparative law, theresearch on leisure sports consumption of Yangpu District residents in ShanghaiCity, the reality of the situation to leisure sports consumption of the residents inYangpu District to Shanghai City, comparing different differences, age,education, occupation not income residents, leisure sports consumption, and putforward the corresponding countermeasures, to provide a basis and reference fordecision-making of relevant departments. Leisure sports industry as a sunriseindustry, has become one of the main part of China’s sports industry. However,the leisure sports started late in our country, there still exist some problems.With the development of society, people’s consumption for leisure sportssometimes become a symbol of social class and social status. To Yangpu DistrictShanghai city residents health, not only physically help, is an important way toreduce the social pressure on people’s physical and mental harm. According tothe characteristics of leisure sports consumption behavior of Yangpu Districtresidents in Shanghai city analysis, detailed information can obtain consumermarket, according to the analysis in the Yangpu District of Shanghai residentsleisure sports consumption behavior characteristics, as far as possible willchange the potential consumer demand has become the market opportunity.The results show that: Shanghai city Yangpu District residents leisure sportsschedule is relatively stable; the importance of leisure sports consumption ofresidents recognized degrees high, residents generally have higher health leisurefitness philosophy; leisure sports consumer access to information mainly networkand television; the main content of consumption of residents is the clothing shoesand hats and fitness equipment the main motivation; Leisure sports consumptionis to keep fit, relieve stress; educated residents, occupation and income.Discretionary time less, the lack of basic knowledge and skills to participate inactivities is the main factor that restricts leisure sports consumption of residentsin Yangpu District of Shanghai city.In view of the major constraints restricting the development of Shanghai’sYangpu District and its residents’ leisure sports consumption, put forward somecountermeasures to promote the development of leisure sports consumption ofresidents in Yangpu District, Shanghai City: strengthen the rational use of leisure sports time; strengthen consumer attitudes leisure sports, leisure timing of sportsreasonable adjustments. Strengthen the sports facilities, the construction of therational use of resources; strengthen schools, communities and the rational use ofsports facilities and operation set up to support community sports stadiumconstruction. Sports To strengthen the basic knowledge and skills of learning,training residents interested in leisure sports; promote diversification ofconsumption, the popularity of casual sports content, stimulate consumerinterest in recreational sports-loving, full use of the mass media to socialmarketing.
