At present,the educational policies and concepts of major international organizations have had a wide and profound impact on the education of various countries.The development history of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)has been more than 50 years and its actual impact of world education development proved that it is an international intergovernmental organization that has a great influence on the development of education in the world today.It is through its right to speak in the field of education policy,affecting the development of education policy and education development in various countries.The Reviews of National Policies for Education plays as an entry point.First,the development of the project is divided into five stages.Descriptive analysis of the development and characteristics of each stage of the education policy evaluation project can be found that the development of the project is a steady development.The process of continuously increasing the influence.In the process of development,new elements and new ideas will be added constantly,which will be linked with other OECD education programs and activities,and gradually become a new tool for OECD to participate in global education governance.After that,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the implementation of the OECD education policy assessment project in terms of its planning,process,resources,subjects and standards,and analyzes its impact and limitations.Finally,this study attempts to analyze the operational advantages and general logic of OECD education policy assessment through its implementation characteristics,impact and limitations.Through in-depth research on the construction of the education policy evaluation system of OECD,the author hopes to have a more objective and scientific understanding of the means of education policy evaluation of OECD,which is of practical significance to the development of education policy evaluation in China and the cooperation between China and OECD.
