With the rapid metabolism of primary and secondary school teachers in our country,how to train new teachers effectively and make them adapt to the role of teachers as soon as possible has become a key issue for many schools.Apprenticeship system is widely used in the training of new teachers in many primary and secondary schools.As a kind of professional training method of teaching by words and deeds,it plays an important role in promoting the development of teachers' professional ideas and ethics,the development of teachers' professional knowledge,and the development of teachers' Professional ability.As a standard to judge whether a teacher is a qualified teacher or not,the professional standards of primary school teachers mainly make relevant regulations from three dimensions: professional concept and ethics;professional knowledge and professional ability.Although each school's initial teacher's teaching guidance system adopts different ways,it all depends on professional ideas and ethics;professional knowledge and professional ability have an impact on the initial teacher's professional development.The teacher's professional development itself is a huge and miscellaneous system,which is obscure but not easy to be fully expressed in the form of its existence,but in the practice of teachers' education and teaching.But it plays an important role.Therefore,to explore the role of apprenticeship in the professional development of primary school teachers is not only conducive to the professional growth of new teachers,but also conducive to the sustainable development of the school.The main part of this paper consists of five chapters.The third chapter shows the development of the professional concept and morality of the beginning teachers under the tutorial system,mainly from the aspects of teachers' professional cognition,students' attitude and behavior,education and teaching attitude and behavior.The fourth chapter shows the development of new teachers' professional knowledge under the tutorial system,mainly from two aspects of education knowledge and subject teaching knowledge.The fifth chapter focuses on the development of the professional ability of the beginning teachers under the tutorial system,from the perspective of teaching implementation ability,teaching evaluation ability and interpersonal ability.The sixth chapter analyzes the effect and influencing factors of W primary school tutor system.The seventh chapter gives some suggestions to promote the professional development of primary school teachers under the tutor system.By consulting and combing the relevant literature,on the basis of the overall research status of experts and scholars at home and abroad on the professional development of first-time teachers and the apprenticeship system on the professional development of teachers,we went deep into w primary school in Shanghai,taking Mrs.Meng,Mrs.Yu,Mrs.Yu,Mrs.Li and their apprentices,new teacher C,new teacher G,new teacher Y and new teacher J,as the research objects,and adopted qualitative research methods Collect,sort out and analyze relevant data on site.This study explores the influence of apprenticeship on the professional development of new primary school teachers from the perspective of professional philosophy and ethics,teachers' professional knowledge and teachers' professional ability.
