Through education building a strong country is the basic project of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Education must be given priority,education modernization must be accelerated,and education satisfactory to the people must be done.To improve the quality of education,we must first improve the quality of teachers.Our country is in a period of profound changes in the development of teacher education,and it is constantly improving the institutional structure and training model of teacher education.But there is still room for improving the construction of teacher teams,especially the quality assurance system is not sound enough.The current professional standards of teachers in China pay more attention to the pre-service professional qualities of teachers,and lack of attention to the overall improvement of professional qualities.The theoretical thinking and practical application of excellent teacher standards need to be considered in depth.In order to better promote the development of the theory and practice of teacher education in China,it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable excellent teacher evaluation mechanism.Based on the existing excellent teacher evaluation mechanism and drawing on the experience of other countries,we can improve our excellent teacher evaluation mechanism.Provide help to improve the quality of teachers in China.After reviewing the relevant research on outstanding teacher standards promulgated by the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards(NBPTS),a comparative analysis it with the fourth Shanghai famous principals and teachers training project,to compare details in the basic content,characteristics and influence of the professional standards of excellent teachers;to analyze the connotation,evaluation mode and assessment standards of achieved teachers in China and the United States,and to summarize the characteristics of the evaluation of achieved teachers.Based on the national conditions,giving some suggestions for improving the evaluation mechanism of achieved teachers in China,which will lay a good foundation for the follow-up research.
