In order to respond to the national call and promote the healthy growth of children and improve the trend of physical decline of children in China,it is imperative to develop children’s sports.The content of happy gymnastics activities used in this experiment is selected and arranged according to the characteristics of 5-year-old children,which can well promote the improvement of children’s physical quality,enrich the content of children’s sports activities,and provide a theoretical basis for the development of happy gymnastics activities.This article uses the literature material method,experimental method,interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,with 60 5-year-old children from shuicheng huafu kindergarten of century golden garden in liaocheng city as subjects,The experimental group was given the teaching intervention of happy gymnastics,and the daily activities of the control group were carried out according to the normal requirements of the kindergarten.The experiment period was 3 months,3 times a week,each time 30 minutes.The experimental group and the control group were compared in terms of body shape(height,weight,chest circumference,waist circumference,thigh circumference,upper arm circumference)and physical quality(walking on the balance beam,sitting forward bending,standing long jump,10-meter round run,tennis ball throw,and continuous jumping of both feet).The findings are as follows:(1)There was no significant difference in the six indicators of height,weight,chest circumference,waist circumference,thigh circumference and upper arm circumference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There was not much difference between the other groups(P>0.05),indicating that happy gymnastic activities had little effect on the body shape of 5-year-old children.(2)In the experimental group,there was a significant difference in the indicators of10-meter round-tripping(P<0.05).In standing long jump,continuous jump with both feet,long throw of tennis ball,forward bend of sitting body and balance beam appeared distinct difference(P<0.01)In the control group,there was a significant difference between the two indicators of children’s physical fitness:sitting body bending forward and walking balance beam(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the four indexes of 10-meter round-trip run,standing long jump,continuous jump of both feet and long throw of tennis ball(P>0.05).Compared with between groups,there was a significant difference in the indexes of 10-meter round-trip race(P<0.05),while there was a significant difference in the other five indexes(P<0.01).It shows that happy gymnastics activities are more conducive to the improvement of5-year-old children’s speed,strength,balance,flexibility and jumping ability.(3)In the experimental group,raised obvious differences in the indicators of physical fitness of male and young children in the experimental group and there were significant differences in the indicators of 10-meter round-tripping(P<0.05).There were significant differences in standing long jump,continuous jump with both feet,long throw of tennis ball,forward bend of sitting body and balance beam(P<0.01).In the female children’s physical fitness index group,there was a significant difference in the indexes of 10-meter round run and tennis throw(P<0.05),and the other four indexes had a very significant difference(P<0.01).In the experimental group,the increase of the three indexes of double jump,tennis throw and standing long jump was greater than that of the female children,and the increase of the three indexes of the female children was greater than that of the male children.It shows that happy gymnastics activities have obvious influence on the improvement of various physical qualities of 5-year-old male and female children.Among them,the improvement of jumping ability and strength quality of 5-year-old male children is greater than that of female children,and the improvement of speed,flexibility and balance quality of 5-year-old female children is greater than that of male children. |
