Physical motor function training,as a common method of professional training,has achieved remarkable results in professional training of national teams.Though this mode has hardly ever been used in school sports training,for so as to further improve the students physical quality and vary training methods,it's imperative to combine this mature training mode and school sports training.In this paper,literature,interviews,experimental methods,mathematical statistics were used to study.On the basis of referring to the relevant literature about physical function training,the meaning of physical function training is determined and the content of physical function training is clearly defined.In this paper,20 students(the fifth graders)from badminton clubs in Jiugong No.1 primary school were selected as the experimental subjects.The students were divided into the experimental group and the control group.Before the experiment,we made a significant difference test on the basic situation and physical fitness of the two group students,and P>0.05 showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups.Subsequently,the two groups of students were given differential teaching for a period of 8 weeks.The students from the experimental group and the control group were taught at the same place by the same teacher.The students in the experimental group were trained with physical function training,while those in the control group were trained using routine training methods.Through the experimental method,the speed of students' straight-line upward and backward moving,left and right sides moving and around the court moving was studied.Ten results of the experimental group and control group students were analyzed and a conclusion was drawn.The results show that both the experimental group and the control group students have improved in speed,quality and scores;what's more,test also shows that the indexes of the experimental group P<0.05,which are significantly different from those before the experiment.Although the scores of the students in the control group were improved,they were not significantly different from those before the experiment.The differences between the two groups were tested after the experiment,and found that the experimental group of each index P<0.05,compared with the control group with no significant difference.Therefore,the body function training can improve the speed of students' straight-line upward and backward moving,left and right sides moving and around the court moving,so as to improve students Badminton Footwork speed.However,routine training doesn't show obvious advantage.
