This article takes the impact of core strength training on the serving of table tennis students as a research object,uses literature methods,experimental methods,logical analysis methods and other research methods to explore the relationship between core strength training and the success rate of table tennis serve,and analyzes core strength training The impact on the serving rate of table tennis special students.The following conclusions are drawn through research:(1)Core strength training for improving table tennis special students’ core strength(plate support),local strength quality(grip strength),whole body coordinated power movement(stand-up long jump),body balance ability and core stability ability(star balance exercise)The effect is obviously better than traditional strength training.(2)The core strength training is significantly better than the traditional strength training for improving the serve that requires full body coordination,which makes the table tennis students significantly improve the success rate of serving.(3)Core strength training helps to improve the strength of various parts of the table tennis student’s body,and at the same time promotes the coordinated effort of each part,so as to encourage students to perform better in serving speed and significantly increase their serving speed.(4)After the core strength training,the table tennis students’ arm grip strength and overall body coordination ability are significantly improved,which makes the rotation speed of the serve technology that requires very high arm grip strength and body coordination coordination ability significantly increase..(5)Core strength training has effectively developed the strength quality and overall body coordination ability of special table tennis students,which makes the comprehensive evaluation results of special skills of the special students significantly better than those of traditional strength training.(6)Table tennis serve requires full body coordination and precise control of the strength of each part.Core strength training can more effectively improve the overall serving quality of table tennis students than traditional strength training.
