In recent years,the ping-pong ball has increased and the ping-pong ball speed and rotation speed have weakened,which has brought new challenges to the physical strength of young table tennis players,and put forward a new test for the athlete's physical fitness and the stability of the hitting action.The enhancement of athletes' physical strength can increase the speed and speed of hitting the ball,and the improvement of physical fitness and physical stability can enhance the accuracy of the hitting point.Core strength training is a new type of training method in contemporary physical fitness training.Since the research of scholars,its active role in table tennis has been continuously highlighted.This article aims to explore the impact of core strength training on the quality of batting for young table tennis players,provide more development space for physical training,and provide better training methods and methods for improving the quality of batting for athletes.In this paper,using the literature method,expert interview method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method,27 young table tennis players aged 9-17 in China Table Tennis Academy were selected as the experimental objects,and divided into 14 experimental groups for 12 weeks of core strength For training,13 of the control group received 12 weeks of routine physical training.The test indicators in the experiment include: core strength(eight-level abdominal bridge),impact quality(forehand upspin and forehand downswing speed,rotation,and landing point).Research results:(1)Difference analysis of core strength before and after the experiment: There is a very significant difference between the experimental group before and after the experiment(p <0.01);there is no significant difference between the control group before and after the experiment(p> 0.05);the experimental group and the control group before the experiment There was no significant difference in core strength(p> 0.05),and there was a very significant difference in core strength between the two groups after the experiment(p <0.01).(2)Differences in the quality of forehand topswing shots before and after the experiment: the experimental group had very significant differences in ball speed before and after the experiment(p<0.01),and there were significant differences in rotation speed and landing point(p<0.05);the control group There was no significant difference before and after the experiment(p> 0.05);before the experiment there was no significant difference in the hitting quality between the experimental group and the control group(p> 0.05),and there was a very significant difference in the ball speed between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(p <0.01),There is a significant difference between the rotation speed and the falling point(p <0.05).(3)Analysis of the difference in ball hitting quality with forehand pull before and after the experiment:the experimental group had very significant difference in ball speed before and after the experiment(p <0.01),the rotation speed had a significant difference(p <0.05),and there was no significant drop There is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(p> 0.05);there is no significant difference in the hitting quality between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(p> 0.05).There is a significant difference(p <0.05),there is a very significant difference in rotation speed(p <0.01),there is no significant difference in the landing point(p> 0.05);(4)Correlation analysis: the change of core strength is significant with the ball speed There is a positive correlation(r = 0.370,p <0.01),which has a significant positive correlation with the speed(r = 0.230,p <0.05),and a significant positive correlation with the landing point(r = 0.417,p <0.01).Conclusion:(1)After the experiment,the core strength of the two groups of young table tennis players has improved.The core strength of the athletes in the experimental group has improved significantly,from the fourth to fifth level of the body posture maintenance table;there is no significant change in the control group Explain that core strength training can enhance the core strength of young athletes' bodies more than regular physical training.(2)Overall,there is a significant positive correlation between the change of the core strength and the quality of the shot;for the forehand to spin the ball: the change of the core strength has a significant positive correlation with the ball speed and the point of landing,and there is no significant correlation with the rotation;For the forehand down spin: the change of core strength is significantly positively correlated with the speed and rotation of the ball,and there is no significant correlation with the landing point,indicating that the change of core strength has a significant impact on the quality of the shot.(3)After the experiment,the ball speed of the two groups of young table tennis players has increased;compared with before the experiment,the athletes of the experimental group increased the ball speed of the forehand spin by about 21% and the ball speed of the forehand spin down by 14% Left and right;no significant changes in the control group.Core strength training can increase the hitting speed of young athletes.(4)After the experiment,the rotation speed of the forward handball of the athletes in the experimental group was increased by about 18%,and the rotation speed of the forward handball was increased by about 12%;there was no significant increase in the control group.Core strength training can strengthen the rotation of young athletes' shots.(5)After the experiment,the young athletes in the experimental group improved their handball spin-up point score by about 31%,and their handball spin-down ball point score increased by about 22%.There was no significant change in the control group.Core strength training can enhance the accuracy of young athletes' hitting points.Suggestions:(1)Introduce table tennis in core strength training;(2)Combine core strength training with conventional physical training;(3)Pay attention to the purpose,pertinence and competition of core strength training;(4)Core strength training and table tennis Special combination of balls.
