As we all know,tennis belongs to the skill dominated cross net antagonistic project.However,compared with table tennis and badminton,the quality of tennis and racket is relatively heavy,and with the development trend of technology diversification and complexity,the demand for physical fitness,especially for strength quality is higher and higher.However,in recent years,in addition to individual female tennis players,compared with European and American tennis players,the gap in strength and quality has increased,which has also become the biggest obstacle to the further development of male athletes' technology and even the overall level of competitive ability.In the service technology,this is particularly obvious.The powerful serve has greatly damaged the confidence of Chinese athletes.How to improve the quality of strength is the focus of the practice and scientific research of the physical training of modern tennis in China.At present,there are many research results on tennis strength training,and the core strength training results are relatively the most,but there is a problem.As an independent variable,there are many core strength training methods,but there is no explanation or demonstration on the basis of each training method and the specific reasons or mechanism of the change of dependent variables,which leads to the value of the research Greatly reduced.In view of the lack of this research,this study takes Shandong Province high-level tennis players(all above the second level athletes)as the research object,through literature,expert interviews,Delphi,experiments and mathematical statistics and other methods,takes the tennis service effect as the dependent variable,the core strength training means designed mainly for the service technology as the independent variable,and the power chain and core strength as the research object Based on the action mechanism,combined with the experimental results,this paper demonstrates the influence and action mechanism of the designed core strength training means on the service effect.Through the statistics and analysis of the experimental results,the following results are obtained:1.Through the t-test,the service speed of the experimental group has nosignificant difference compared with that of the control group before the experiment.After the experiment,the average service speed of the experimental group is 167.3 ±7.95km/h,the average service speed of the control group is 159.5 ± 8.47km/h,P =0.047(P < 0.05);the average service speed of the experimental group is 127.0 ±8.42km/h,yes The average ball speed of the second engine in the experimental group was 116.8 ± 7.57km/h,P = 0.011(P < 0.05);the average ball speed of the first engine in the experimental group was 166.9 ± 7.99km/h,the average ball speed of the first engine in the control group was 159.2 ± 8.22km/h,P = 0.048(P < 0.05);the average ball speed of the second engine in the experimental group was 126.7 ± 8.60km/h,the average ball speed of the second engine in the control group was 116.6 ± 7.22km/h,P= 0.011(P < 0.05).The difference was significant.2.In terms of service success rate,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment.After the experiment,the first successful rate of the experimental group was 70% ± 10.5,the first successful rate of the control group was 58% ± 11.4,P = 0.025(P < 0.05);the second successful rate of the experimental group was 88% ± 10.3,the second successful rate of the control group was 76% ± 8.43,P = 0.011(P < 0.05);the first successful rate of the experimental group was 66% ± 9.66,the first successful rate of the control group was 58% ± 6.33,P = 0.044(P < 0.05);the secondary success rate of the experimental group was 86% ± 9.66,and that of the control group was 76% ± 8.4,P = 0.024(P < 0.05).The difference was significant.3.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment.After the experiment,the scores of experts in the experimental group and the control group were 7.70 ± 0.68 and 6.80 ± 0.63 respectively,P = 0.006(P < 0.05).Combined with the analysis and demonstration of the action mechanism of power chain and core power,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The service speed,service success rate and expert technical evaluation scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.2.The independent variable,that is,the core strength training method forserving technology is effective,which has a more obvious role in promoting the serving quality of tennis players.3.The core strength training methods developed for service technology can effectively improve the stability,coordination and effective transmission function of the core parts.
