In table tennis,the arc ball technique is a relatively advanced technical action.The speed and rotation of the arc ball technique are integrated,and it has advantages in hitting speed,strength,rotation and arc.The reason why table tennis players attach importance to loop ball is that it has the characteristics of strong topspin,high stability and good flight arc.With the development of table tennis sports,table tennis shows the characteristics of "four fast and one big" table tennis sports,which are "competition rhythm accelerating,service receiving speed accelerating,score changing fast,entering rhythm fast,physical energy consumption big".Forehand loop technique is one of the most commonly used offensive techniques in table tennis competitions.Forehand loop technique has become a more important technique for many table tennis players in competition training through its strong offensive force and greater stability.At the same time,forehand loop technology in training reveals that the inconsistency of body power leads to poor transmission effect of power chain,resulting in low quality of return ball and a lot of physical energy consumption and other issues are imminent.Table tennis players need to have a good sense of movement and ability,but also need to have good control of body balance ability to become the key to the game.Under the condition of guaranteeing the technical and tactical level,how to carry out specialized physical training has become one of the key issues worthy of attention.This paper takes the male table tennis players in Jinan Sports School as the research object,using the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,through the experimental comparison of core strength training,probes into the forehand loop technique of table tennis players,and explores the effect of core strength training on the development of forehand loop of table tennis players.The influence and function of the ball,so as to better physical training,table tennis teaching and training to provide reference and suggestions.The following conclusions can be drawn from the study.This paper takes table tennis players in Jinan Sports School as the research object,using the methods of documentation,experiment,Delphi and mathematical statistics,through the experimental comparison of core strength training,explores the forehand loop technology of table tennis players,and explores the influence and role of core strength training on the development of forehand loop of table tennis players,so as to better score.Physical training can provide reference and suggestions for the teaching and training of table tennis.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the 16-week forehand loop core strength training experiment of 18 table tennis players,there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P < 0.01),and the time required by the experimental group is significantly lower than that of the control group.2.Through the 16-week forehand loop core strength training experiment of 18 table tennis players,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the one-minute backhand rubbing combined with forehand 1/2 table pull-down spin(P < 0.01).The number of one-minute backhand rubbing combined with forehand 1/2 table pull-down spin in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.3.Through the 16-week forehand loop core strength training experiment of 18 table tennis players,there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(P<0.01).The number of forehand 2/3 table two-point movement pull-down loop in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group.4.Through the 16-week forehand loop core strength training experiment of 18 table tennis players,there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(P < 0.01),and the experimental group has a significantly higher time of the eight-level abdominal bridge than the control group.5.To sum up the four conclusions and analyze the reasons,core strength training can strengthen the stability of forehand loop technology of table tennis players,helpmaintain the balance and coordination of the body,and greatly enhance the special technical movement strength of table tennis players.In view of the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:1.The selected core strength training means are of great help to improve the stability and physical coordination of table tennis players' technical movements.Table tennis coaches can integrate the selected core strength training means into their daily teaching and training in their daily training.2.When making the plan of core strength training means,we should pay attention to individual differences according to the physical condition of athletes,and make reasonable training plans according to objective facts,so as to ensure targeted training.3.I lack high-level training practice experience.In this experimental study,it is only a small sample size study.At the same time,due to limited conditions and ability,the study is not deep enough.It is suggested that future researchers conduct long-term,large sample size and high-level athletes' experimental research.
