Based on previous studies,this paper investigates the current situation and demographic differences of junior high school students' learning burnout,physical exercise,class environment and mental toughness,to explore the relationship between class environment and physical exercise and learning burnout,and whether mental toughness plays an intermediary role in the impact of class environment and physical exercise on learning burnout.In this study,948 middle school students from four middle schools in Baotou,Jining and Songyuan were selected as subjects,Stratified random sampling was used to send questionnaires to students.The questionnaires were divided into two parts: the first part was demographic variables,and the second part was three questionnaires: adolescent burnout scale,psychological resilience scale,class environment questionnaire and physical activity level scale(pars-3).Spss22.0 and Amos17.0 were used for statistical analysis of the recovered questionnaires,and the following conclusions were obtained:1.The overall level of junior high school students' learning burnout is low;Most junior high school students are satisfied with the overall environment of the class and have high mental toughness.Half of the junior high school students were at a low level of physical activity.2.Comparison of demographic variables among junior middle school students: boys were significantly higher than girls in total physical exercise;In terms of learning burnout,rural areas are higher than urban areas,and in terms of mental toughness,urban areas are better than rural areas.In terms of grade difference,the second grade had the most serious learning burnout,and the third grade had the best perceived class environment and mental toughness.In terms of learning burnout,physical exercise and mental toughness,both parents were better guardians,and there is no other difference.3.Middle school students' learning burnout,class environment,physical exercise and mental toughness were correlated in two ways: learning burnout was negatively correlated with class environment,physical exercise and mental toughness;There was a significant positive correlation between physical exercise,class environment and mental toughness.There is also a significant positive correlation between physical exercise and class environment.4.The psychological toughness of junior middle school students plays a mediating role in the class environment and the influence of physical exercise on learning burnout.Among them,mental toughness plays a completely mediating role in the influence of class environment on learning burnout,while physical exercise plays a partial mediating role in the influence of learning burnout.
