Influenced by the traditional viewpoint of education, schools and parents believe that the index and basis for evaluating students' excellence is students' cultural and academic performance.Even many schools and parents artificially cut off the relationship between physical exercise and cultural learning, there is a widespread phenomenon of emphasis on education and neglect of physical education. It occupies students' exercise and entertainment time, not only causes students' vision decline, physical weakness, obesity and other health problems, but also increases students' learning pressure, resulting in sensitivity, burnout and other psychological problems. How to promote the harmonious development of students' cultural learning and physical exercise has attracted more and more scholars' attention. In view of the actual confusion, this study takes junior high school students' physical exercise behavior, learning adaptation and learning burnout as the research object. Methods such as questionnaire survey are adopted to collect and summarize the data.Five schools in Shihezi are selected and the class collective test is adopted. And through relevant data processing software characteristics, differences, correlation and regression analyses, finally through Amos software to build the relationship between the three models, aims to explore the junior middle school students, learning adaptation and learning burnout of physical exercises, for schools, teachers, parents and the reasonable allocation of junior high school students learning and exercise time, offer reference to further improve the level of junior high school students' mental health and ease of learning burnout, promote their physical and mental health development in an all-round way.The results show that :(1)junior high school students in Shihezi City participate in physical exercise generally at a low level of exercise, especially the proportion of high exercise is less.Junior high school students who are very fond of physical exercise also have a high level of high exercise amount, indicating that students' attitude can positively guide themselves to participate in physical exercise.(2)Eighty percent of junior high school students think their learning adaptation is good. There are significant differences in the gender variables of learning adaptation, that is,male students are lower than female students in learning adaptation.Rural students are less adaptable to learning than urban students, especially in the two dimensions of learning tasks and interpersonal environment.(3)Eighty percent of junior middle school students think their learning burnout is low. There is a significant difference in gender variables.Boys have a higher degree of learning burnout than girls. There are significant differences in demographic variables such as academic performance. The better the student is,the lower the degree of learning burnout is.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between physical exercise behavior and learning adaptation of junior high school students,a significant negative correlation between physical exercise behavior and learning burnout, and a significant negative correlation between learning adaptation and learning burnout.(5)Physical exercise behavior plays a direct role in learning adaptation, physical exercise behavior plays a direct role in learning burnout, and learning adaptation plays a direct role in learning burnout, and learning adaptation plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between physical exercise behavior and learning burnout.According to the above conclusions, some suggestions are put forward :(1)Promoting students' participation in physical exercise and cultivating their lifelong physical awareness.(2)Promote the coordinated development of students' cultural learning and physical exercise.(3)Attach importance to the role of physical exercise as an adjuvant therapy in the field of psychology.
