High School Biology Teaching Permeates The Strategy Research Of Mental Health Education

The reform of the new college entrance examination has transformed the combination of subject choices from the previous liberal arts and sciences model to the current ‘3+1+2' model.The new course selection model has increased the pressure on students' learning and affected their mental health.Therefore,how to infiltrate mental health education in high school biology teaching has become the research focus.In order to make mental health education better penetrate into the biology teaching of high school,the research is mainly carried out from the following aspects:The first is related research.Through sorting out the literature,it is found that in the current implementation of mental health education in my country,there are some deficiencies in that some schools do not pay enough attention,some teachers pay too much attention to the cultural performance of students,and the implementation method needs to be optimized.Based on the shortcomings,the author puts forward suggestions for subject teachers to collect relevant materials for the new college entrance examination,establish a new college entrance examination preparation group,organize lectures and cooperate with other educational institutions.The second is strategy research.It discusses the principles and ways of integrating mental health education into biology teaching.At the same time,it describes teaching methods suitable for the integration of mental health education.In addition,it also lists some of the mental health education corresponding to the content of the compulsory 1 part of the high school biology(Human Education Edition),and briefly explains the relevant mental health education content.Once again,practical research.Mainly based on the principle of integration,in this article,the teaching cases of ‘From Biosphere to Cell',‘The Main Bearer of Life Activities-Protein',and ‘Transmembrane Transport of Substance' designed to penetrate mental health education are displayed,and the main Teaching methods such as lecture method and role playing method are used for implementation.Then through the mental health questionnaire,monthly test results change detection and implementation effect.The test results show that penetrating mental health education can improve students' mental health level and overall improve students' biological learning performance.Therefore,it is feasible and effective to infiltrate mental health education into biology teaching,which is conducive to the formation and development of students' good mental health.This research provides a reference case for infiltrating mental health education in high school biology teaching,helps high school students to establish the correct mental health concept,and promotes the improvement of students' cultural performance.
