With the successful holding of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,the development of ice and snow sports in China has provided a very favorable opportunity,making "ice and snow sports" become a hot topic of widespread concern in the current society.At the same time,the research on college talent training is also a hot topic in recent years,especially in the training of ice and snow sports is the research direction of many researchers.At present,our country is short of a lot of ice and snow talents,especially in terms of ice and snow teachers,professional high-quality talents,which hinders the development of the ice and snow cause.The cultivation of professional talents mainly depends on education.The key of colleges and universities to transport talents suitable for social development lies in a reasonable talent training program,the rationality of which will directly affect the quality of talent training.In 2017,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Measures for the Implementation of Teacher Professional Certification in Colleges and Universities(Interim)",which put forward higher quality requirements for the training of teachers professional personnel,which also promotes the teacher professional certification to play an important guiding role in the development of the training work of ice and snow sports.Based on the background of professional certification of teachers,this paper adopts the research methods of literature,text analysis,comparative analysis and data statistics,and takes the second-level standard of middle school certification as a reference.It mainly studies the talent training programs of 5 schools with ice and snow sports major(direction)in general,physical education and normal education.This paper analyzes the differences in training objectives,graduation requirements,curriculum setting and credit allocation,comparison of core professional courses,practical teaching links and other aspects of the talent training programs of different schools,summarizes,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,and forms the future training programs of ice sports talents in colleges and universities through the Certification Standards of Teachers’ Major,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.The study reached the following conclusions:(1)The guiding ideology and training purpose of the five colleges and universities are similar in general,but the difference is that normal colleges pay more attention to the cultivation of scientific and humanistic quality and education and teaching ability.Sports colleges tend to cultivate professional skills and practical ability;Comprehensive colleges pay more attention to the needs of society and the cultivation of modern educational technology(2)There are three colleges and universities in the snow and ice teacher talent training program graduation requirements are set with teacher certification as the standard,in full accordance with the middle school certification standards at the same time,control eight indicators combined with the goal of talent training detailed and clear,there are two colleges and universities to the "National standards for Physical education teaching quality" as the guidance,the class guidance,comprehensive education,communication and cooperation attention is not enough,On the whole,the index points of middle school teacher certification are not comprehensive(3)The curriculum structure of the five universities is mainly subject professional education,humanities and social and subject literacy are not covered enough in the general education curriculum,and two universities do not set up teacher education courses separately,and the curriculum content is not fully combined with the actual teaching of primary and secondary schools.The combination of theory and practice of ice and snow curriculum is not enough,and some colleges and universities lack educational research in practice forms.At the same time,there is no practical curriculum assessment system.(4)Colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to teacher certification in the training programs of ice and snow sports teachers.Therefore,we should attach great importance to the certification of teachers major,reasonably determine the training objectives,and fully combine the graduation requirements of the index,continue to optimize the curriculum structure and system.To ensure the quality of teaching and the continuous improvement of students’ learning effect. |
