With China entering a new stage of development,the industrial upgrading and economic structure adjustment are speeding up,the demand for technical and skilled personnel in various industries is becoming more and more urgent,and the important position and role of vocational education is becoming more and more prominent.Vocational education provides strong talents and intellectual support for the economic and social development of our country,and trains a large number of highly qualified and high skilled personnels.In order to construct the modern vocational education system,teachers are the foundations,and in order to meet the changing needs of the industry,the on-the-job training of teachers in higher vocational education is imperative.In the “National Vocational Education Reform Program”,it is clearly proposed to implement the quality improvement plan of teachers in vocational colleges and universities,establish 100 " double-qualified " teacher training and training bases,teachers of vocational colleges and applied undergraduate colleges and universities are trained in enterprises or training bases for at least one month,and implement the five-year cycle of teachers rotation system.This study starts with the current situation of on-the-job training of higher vocational education teachers in Heilongjiang province,and analyzes the current situation and demand of on-the-job training of higher vocational education teachers in our province by comprehensively using survey and interview,and defines the connotation,basic form,main characteristics and human capital basis of on-the-job training of higher vocational education teachers,according to the main problems such as firstly,the training target's low enthusiasm to participate in training;secondly,the lack of enthusiasm for the There is a certain deviation between the setting of in-service content and the characteristics of vocational education,and whether the difficulties in teaching can be effectively solved;third,there is the problem of setting up training bases,with more in schools and less in enterprises;and fourth,there is the problem of the evaluation system for in-service training,with neither the evaluation of teachers nor the evaluation of training bases being perfect.Attempts have been made to find out why,for example,trainees are not fully respected as the subjects of "learning" and "evaluation";secondly,training work lacks corresponding incentive mechanisms and guarantee systems;thirdly,there is a lack of systematic thinking in setting training objectives;fourthly,school-enterprise cooperation in training is not a good practice.sufficient.Finally,countermeasure suggestions were made: first,it was hoped that awareness of on-the-job training would be raised;second,it was hoped that the mode of on-the-job training would be innovated;third,it was hoped that the content of on-the-job training would be enriched;and fourth,it was hoped that the evaluation system of on-the-job training would be improved.It is hoped that this study can promote the quality of teachers' construction in higher vocational education in our province and provide some reference for on-the-job training.
