Human development into the 21st century, the rapid development of science and technology, economic globalization is more obvious, the competition between countries is also becoming increasingly fierce. In the fierce international competition, people are competing to grab the advantages of each country resources, cultivation of talents has become all countries attach great importance to employment. To remain invincible in the international competition must have the practical ability to cultivate talents, especially those with creative talents.
