The Innovative Talents Training Mode Of Accounting Of F Vocational College

In recent years,"innovation ability"has been paid more and more attention to,which makes the society have a great demand for innovative talents,and also puts forward corresponding requirements for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges.The accounting professional of higher vocational education is also a flourishing trend in higher education,and also undertakes quite a great quantity of accounting professional training tasks,and in the management of social background,the employing unit of innovation ability of the accounting practitioners show great demand,occupation colleges and universities should bear the brunt of job training of innovative talents.This thesis takes innovation as the background,taking F Vocational College as the object of study,analyzes and discusses the training standard under the new requirement of the employer.What is more,this paper discusses the adjustment strategies for the training specifications of accounting talents in higher vocational colleges,and focuses on how to scientifically and rationally develop the "innovation education" course in the F professional accounting profession,reform the existing curriculum system,and explore how to deepen the school enterprise cooperation mode,and finally explore a new and innovative model for the training of innovative talents for the F professional accounting profession.The innovative accounting talents trained by the college can meet the needs of the society and enhance its irreplaceable nature.
