Children left behind are an extremely important group at the present stage of our country.On the premise of rapid economic development,they may not enjoy the dividends of economic development due to family and regional reasons.The education community has been working on how to care for children left behind in rural areas.To care for children left behind,we need to construct appropriate care model,then practice it,and coordinate all aspects of strength and resources to support the implementation of the model.At the present stage,the model of caring for left-behind children is generally sound and has achieved good results,but compared with some special regions,such as economic development,it is extremely poor.After the heavy burden of families,special hardship families,insufficient investment in education and other areas,there are still many problems in developing the model of care for left-behind children.How to coordinate the model is a long-term research topic.This study selected the left-behind children in Wangmo County of Guizhou Province as the research object,first of all,the social impression given in Guizhou area is relative to poverty,education level is backward,left-behind children are more,but with the rapid development of Guizhou economy in recent years,the population of going out is reduced.This research is divided into five parts.The first part includes the introduction and the first chapter,mainly elaborates the background and significance of the topic,the question,and the domestic and foreign research present situation,provides the theory foundation and the research outline for the research.The second part mainly analyzes the economic and social development of Wangmo County,the reasons for the formation of left-behind children and the existing problems.The third part mainly analyzes the main innovative measures of Wangmo County's Left-behind children in China Care Model,including the full implementation of the Pratt & Whitney policy,the fourth in the school happy campus,the focus on accurate insurance and the use of social power and other care models.The fourth part is the comparison of the caring Left-behind children in China in Wangmo County,the effectiveness of the caring model and the new challenges it faces.The fifth part is the characteristics and policy recommendations of the Care Model for left-behind children in Wangmo County.Through investigation and interviews,the results of the investigation and interviewsare analyzed,the challenges facing the care for left-behind children are summarized,and policy recommendations are put forward,in order to better carry out left-behind children care work.
