Because our country city and rural area economic development is extremely unbalanced,resulting in a large rural surplus labor force to choose to work in the city, resulting in rural areas there are children of this special social group and left behind a large number of rural, urban and rural structure of two yuan in China’s household registration system limit, migrant farmers unable to send their children to the city go to school, because of the lack of the parents in the care and love education side, left-behind children has become a social problem. With the social and economic development of urban and rural economy disparity, a large number of migrant workers, the number of rural left behind children and in previous years compared to double up. The education problem of left-behind children are more prominent, rural left-behind children healthy growth related to the future of our country modernization, be sure to get the attention of the whole society and attention. The author’s attitude to seek truth from facts, Xiayi County Rural Schools surrounding the investigation visit, adopts the method of integrating theory with practice, analysis using a combination of qualitative and quantitative, children in learning and living problems left behind rural study, do research on the three aspects of left behind children in rural areas respectively from school education, family education and social education environment, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.
