In the research of vocational education,whether the focus is on the transformation of the vocational education system at the macro level or the reform of the "three education" at the micro level,the final foothold is on the "learning" of students,which is for the growth and development of students.The development of secondary vocational education is of great significance to the cultivation of high-quality labor talents in the country,especially in the region.The era of post-90 s students in secondary vocational schools has come to an end,while the era of post-00 s students has come to an end.Most of them grow up in "421" families.These students have unique personalities with those born in the 1990 s and 1980 s.However,post-00 s secondary vocational students are a special group in this generation.Therefore,it is of great significance for students' development to pay attention to their learning behaviors in class.In terms of the division of learning behaviors,this paper divides the learning behaviors of post-00 s secondary vocational students into four categories: leading actor engaging in learning behaviors,supporting actor engaging in learning behaviors,leaving learning behaviors and intermediate learning behaviors.Through the one-month follow-up observation of two classes of automobile maintenance major in a middle school in yixing city,two weeks of formal classroom learning behavior and interview survey,the study found that: in terms of learning time,they are time players,in terms of learning space,they are passive recipients,in terms of learning style,they are small adults,in terms of learning methods,they are partners with a clear division of labor.On the time dimension,within a week,learning behavior trend of high and low on the whole,leaving learning behavior is the norm.In a day's learning,the indirect involvement in learning behavior is obvious in the morning,while the type of learning behavior in the afternoon is polarized.On a class,introduction stage in learning behavior is apparent,course learning stage,learning behavior type is complicated,free learning stage,learning behavior type polarization serious.Spatially,ordinary classrooms and training rooms also have different learning behaviors.At the same time,in an interview,understands,00 secondary vocational students in the classroom and expected to be a teacher after more interactive and feelings,hopes to get more sense of respect,trust,and sense of harvest.At the individual level,they have a negative learning attitude in class and do not form good learning habits.At the physical environment level,teaching equipment does not highlight professional features,seat arrangement is not reasonable,and at the psychological level,the tension between teachers and students,the lack of reasonable design of teaching activities,and the lack of reasonable methods of teaching management and other factors cause students' problem behaviors in class.To improve the classroom learning behavior of post-00 s secondary vocational students,we need to focus on the individual and environmental aspects of post-00 s secondary vocational students.For individual students,it is necessary to have a correct learning attitude and develop learning habits such as listening to lectures,speaking,discussion and practical operation.For the environmental level,it is necessary for teachers to optimize the teaching environment,establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship,design reasonable teaching objectives,find appropriate teaching strategies and good management methods,and ultimately improve the learning behavior of post-2000 secondary vocational school students.
