Creative Movement focuses on the expression of body and mind,rather than purely technical dance.The purpose of this study is to explore the performance of creative thinking development in creative movement course.The research mainly uses action research,supplemented by "Learners' creative thinking development evaluation" and "Torrance Test of Creative Thinking" score,and research tools include Learners' creative thinking development assessment,Torrance Test of Creative Thinking,teaching video recording,teacher reflection diary,observers observation records and so on.The quantitative data were analyzed by Excel for the evaluation scores of the experimental group,paired sample T test and covariance analysis for the pre-test and post-test scores of the experimental group and the control group,and qualitative data were analyzed and summarized to further explore the improvement of students' creative thinking in the creative movement course.The subjects of the study were 36 students of grade three and grade four in Nanjing X primary school,including 20 in the experimental group and 16 in the control group,who received a40-minute lesson every week for 10 weeks.Through the research,the following research results are obtained and discussed from the effects,causes and teaching advice of the creative movement course in promoting the development of children's creative thinking.In terms of effect performance,the creative movement course is feasible and helpful to students' creative thinking performance,which is embodied in four aspects:fluency,flexibility,originality and refinement.In the assessment of the development of creative thinking of learners,it was found that although the time for the development of creative thinking was different for each child,the performance of all aspects of creative thinking was improved,especially in the last few weeks,when the physical activity of creative expression was increasing.In the Torrance test of creative thinking,the scores of the experimental group were significantly different.After covariance analysis,the results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group in fluency,originality,refinement and creative thinking test.Students have a positive attitude towards creative movement courses.In terms of the analysis of causes,this paper discusses the knowledge factors,cognitive factors and emotional factors that affect the development of creative thinking.In the creative movement course,the content design method of subject knowledge transfer combined with multiple disciplines increases the acquisition ofrelevant knowledge in the field of dancing.Through the use of games,images and other teaching methods to help students in a free and relaxed state to constantly challenge themselves,change the way of thinking,to form a cognitive style conducive to the creation of physical dance;To stimulate students' work motivation through the performance of themed dance drama.In terms of teaching advice: in terms of teaching design,select the teaching topics that children are interested in and of appropriate difficulty,follow the three teaching stages of "body coordination,preparation,improvisation and shaping",and reasonably arrange the course time and class hours;In terms of teaching guidance,we should use multiple ways of guidance,including games,images,demonstration,teaching AIDS,music,etc.,to establish class routines and ensure time for transformation and sharing.In terms of teaching evaluation,multiple evaluation methods should be established to respond to students' creative performance without making "right or wrong" value judgments and listening to students' creative thinking.
