Professional identity of normal students is the perception and experience of teacher profession.The "normal students in excellent classes" refers to the normal students under the Excellent Teacher Training Program Reform Project.At present,the problem of professional identity of normal students is constantly questioned and challenged.This paper makes a study on the professional identity of normal students in excellent classes,and finds out and deeply analyzes the factors that affect the professional identity of normal students in excellent classes.It has certain enlightenment to the promotion of the professional identity of the normal students in the excellent class,and also has the universal significance to the promotion of the professional identity of the normal students in the nonexcellent class.So as to cultivate a group of outstanding teachers with high quality in the future.Based on the normal students in N normal university as the research object,this study uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the current situation and differences of professional identity of normal students in excellent classes.On the basis of this,this study analyzes the factors that affect the professional identity of normal students in excellent classes and analyzes the causes,and puts forward the ways to promote the professional identity of normal students.Through this study,the professional identity and various dimensions of the normal students in the excellent class are at a high level,and there were significant differences in grade,which subject to teach in the future,whether or not only child,whether there are family members in the teaching profession,while there were no significant differences in gender,domicile location.According to the interview data,using the three-level coding of rooted theory to refine the influencing factors of the professional identity of the normal students in the excellent class,the study found that the influencing factors were personal factors,environmental factors and occupational factors.Each factor includes multiple micro-level influencing factors.The deep reasons for the influence of the factors were further explored through interviews: Selfdevelopment consciousness drives individuals to focus on their own professional development,the infection of excellent teachers promotes the construction of individual professional ideals and beliefs,the warm and moving atmosphere of practice schools enhances individual professional well-being,Salary affects the firmness and permanence of the individual's future career as a teacher,etc.Based on the research of the current situation and the influencing factors,this study proposes suggestions to improve the professional identity of normal students from the individual,school and national levels: normal students should establish self-development consciousness,Schools should improve the quality of teacher educators and equip normal students with excellent teachers,and the state should narrow the differences in the welfare of teachers between different regions,etc.
