In order to explore the relationship between core strength training and the performance of sprinters,this article takes 16 sprinters from the Hunan Normal University track and field team as the experimental objects,using literature data,expert interviews,experimental methods,mathematical statistics and other research methods.A20-week core strength experimental training to explore three aspects related to core strength training and sprinter performance.The research found:In terms of special physical fitness,six kinematics parameters of 60 m run,100 m run,300 m run,500 m run,standing long jump,and 50 m step jump are used as evaluation indicators.The pre-experiment test found that the difference between the experimental group and the control group in the specific physical fitness evaluation index items was small,and the P values were all >0.05,there was no significant difference.After 20 weeks of experimental training.The results found that the performance improvement of the experimental group on the 6 evaluation indicators was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the X values were 6.81?35.94?66.41?2.74?17.38,and 0.041,indicating that core strength training is more important than traditional strength training for sprinters 'specific physical fitness.The lifting effect is better.In terms of technical movements,the three kinematic parameters of hip joint,knee joint and ankle joint,which have a significant impact on sprinting technique,are used as evaluation indicators.The pre-experiment test found that the experimental group and the control group had very little difference in technical actions.After 20 weeks of experimentation and training.Tests after the experiment found that the sprinters in the experimental group had more efficient and economical running techniques,increased the swing rate of the hip,knee,and ankle joints,stabilized the body's center of gravity,and had better coordination and relaxation capabilities.In terms of specific sports performance,both core strength training and traditional strength training have an impact on the sports performance of sprinters,but the degree of influence is quite different.That is,traditional strength training has a significant effect on improving the absolute strength of local large muscle groups,which helps sprinters overcome and fight against relative resistance.But core strength training can overcome the shortcomings of the single-joint model.It emphasizes the coordination and cooperation of multi-joint muscle groups and the ability of the nervous system to dominate muscles.It emphasizes the integrity of the sports chain.The efficiency of power transmission is high.It has a more impact on the performance of sprinters.Is significant.Based on the analysis and demonstration of the experimental results,it is known that the sports performances of the experimental group and the control group have been improved accordingly,but the core strength training of the experimental group emphasizes the transmission of power in dynamic movements,so the sports performance of the experimental group is improved.Bigger,more stable performance.
