With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the acceleration of globalization,the growth environment inside and outside the family has undergone tremendous changes,new features have emerged in family organizations,changes in family structure,weakened family functions,and changes in family relationships have brought comprehensive impacts and challenges to families Members actively seek professional help.However,the quality of family education services provided by the market and the professional qualities of family education staff are uneven,increasing the difficulty for families to seek support.In view of this,this study will focus on the construction of the family education professional literacy index system,providing reference for the professional development of family education personnel,with a view to assisting the professional development of family education personnel,thereby providing families with more scientific and effective family education service.In this study,the text indicators of family education,professional literacy,and work of family educators are summarized,and the direction indicators of professional qualities of family educators are constructed.The first-line family educators are explored by using qualitative research methods such as interview and narrative research.Comprehensively collect the knowledge preparation,professional skills,personality traits,mission responsibility and other contents of family education personnel,describe the appearance of family education personnel with substantive connotation and value pursuit,and summarize the professional qualities of family education personnel based on the analysis of interview content The level indicators and specific behavior indicators under the degree indicators.It is found that the professional quality index system of family education personnel consists of four indicators,nine level indicators and fifty-six behavioral indicators,and the researchers make specific behavior provisions for the professional development of family education personnel from the aspects of professional knowledge,professional ability,professional attitude and professional growth.In addition,the further improvement of the literacy index system puts forward the research object and research methods.
