In recent years,with the popularization of higher education,the quality problem of it has caused the attention of people,and government documents also repeatedly referred that the central task of the reform and development of education is to improve the quality of higher education.As a result,all kinds of education evaluation emerge in endlessly.The professional evaluation proved one of the effective methods of security professional quality when various evaluations are well underway.At the same time,it means a lot for improving the quality of talent training and the quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges,serving local economy development,and establishing professional development mechanism.The study aims at building a set of professional evaluation index system which is suitable for higher vocational colleges in Gansu province,in order to use this set of index system to evaluate specialty achieve the goal: more clearly understand the professional development situation,improve the professional construction and the quality of higher vocational education.In order to achieve this goal,this study carried out from the following steps: first,sort and analyze the existing domestic and international professional evaluation index system in higher vocational colleges,refer to the opinion of education experts,the enterprise employees,teachers,and students,and combine with the actual situation of the professional development of higher vocational colleges in Gansu province,then initially build a set of index system composed of six indicators,25 secondary index and 49 observation point.Second,use questionnaire based on pair wise comparison method design to collect opinions of experts,take advantage of the group decision-making function of AHP working out the weight of various indexes and observation points and then produce the final form of the integrated professional evaluation index system in higher vocational colleges.In addition,the study build the corresponding higher vocational specialty of primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry respectively,and make a description of the meaning of index system and the weight of indicators.
