The Ministry of Education issued the "Educational Informatization Action Plan 2.0" in 2018,and the CPC Center Committee and the State Council issued the "China Education modernization 2035" in 2019.These indicate that China's education informatization has advanced from 1.0 era to 2.0 era,entering a new stage of historical development.China has put forward new requirements such as promoting the deep integration information technology with education,comprehensively improving the information literacy of teachers and students,and constructing the development mechanism for information literacy of teachers.In the context of national strategy of“sports power”,“healthy China”,“sports-and-education integration”,the school physical education is an important part of China's national education,and physical education teachers are the builders and implementers of school physical education curriculum.How to promote the deep integration of information technology with physical education discipline,and to comprehensively improving the informational literacy of physical education teachers has become the key to promote the construction of physical education informatization.The construction of index system which is scientific,systematic,guiding and operable for PE teachers will be a crucial measure to improve the information literacy of junior middle school PE teachers and to boost the physical education informatization.In order to improve the information literacy index system of junior middle school physical education teachers in Jiangsu Province,this paper tries to use comparative research method,Delphi method and mathematical statistics method to construct the information literacy index system of junior middle school physical education teachers in Jiangsu Province,based on the existing evaluation index results of teachers' information literacy,aiming at promoting the sustainable development of junior middle school physical education informatization and physical education teachers' information literacy.Research result:The Jiangsu Province junior middle school physical education teachers' information literacy index system is preliminarily constructed.There're four primary indicators:information awareness,information knowledge,information skills,information society responsibility.There're 13 secondary indicators:importance awareness,application awareness,knowledge in information theory,knowledge in information technology,information positioning and expression,information retrieval and acquisition,information analysis and evaluation,information processing and management,information cooperation and exchange,teaching support and evaluation,information ethics,information law and information security.There're 34 level 3 indicators.Two rounds of Delphi statistical results show that:the expert authority coefficients are all above 0.7,the mean values all greater than 3,the coefficient of variation in between 0.06 and0.21,the Kendall coefficient in between 0.165 and 0.414,and the expert coordination coefficient basically reaching significant difference(P?0.05).All the above indexes meet the requirements of Delphi method,which proves that the research result is scientific and reliable.
