As a supplement and development of traditional training,multi-directional mobility training has been gradually accepted by the majority of coaches of body exercise function training in China, and its related research results have gradually been promoted and applied in society and schools. The multi-directional mobility in basketball is the key to the series of basketball skills and tactics. It is also the basis for athletes to complete various technical actions. The strength of multi-directional mobility directly affects the basketball players' athletic ability and athletic performance.Through watching the CUBA Sunshine Group competition,it was found that the female basketball team in the college showed a slow overall moving speed, poor multi-directional mobility, and inflexible footwork, which in turn affected the game results. In view of this, this paper applies multi-directional mobile training to the training of women's basketball in colleges and universities, and explores the effect of multi-directional mobile training on the mobility of women's basketball in colleges and universities,so as to improve the scientific nature of women's basketball training in colleges and universities.Effectiveness.This paper uses expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, literature data method, experimental method and data statistical analysis method.Based on the analysis of the moving characteristics of basketball sports, this paper discusses the moving speed and moving footwork of multi-directional mobile training for college women's basketball. The effects of sensitivity, mobile responsiveness, and moving direction change ability are obtained through theoretical combing and experimental research.1.Basketball is a competitive sport in the same field. Both players compete on the courts with limited rules, which creates external conditions for the high intensity of basketball games. On the basis of previous studies, this paper analyzes that basketball sports have the characteristics of fast speed, variable direction, continuous movement and random moving steps.2.When formulating the multi-directional mobile training plan for women's basketball in colleges and universities,it is necessary to closely combine the mobile characteristics of basketball sports with the actual training needs of women's basketball teams, and follow the principle of correct action mode, moderately increase the load principle, and deepen the principle of special training. The principle of innovation is to effectively avoid the damage in the movement of the players,to stimulate the sports potential of the women's basketball team in colleges and universities, and to achieve the desired training effect.3.Experimental results show that multi-directional mobile training can effectivelyimprove the ability of the women's basketball team to change the offensive and defensive speed of the attack, the sensitivity of the multi-directional moving step, the ability of the body to respond sensitively during the movement, and the rapid and rapid dribbling. The ability to move in a direction and the ability to run without a ball. However, the conventional training means has a significant effect on the improvement of the linear movement speed score, and there is still a great advantage in the conventional training in improving the linear movement speed ability of the female college basketball players.4.Multi-directional mobile training is more in line with the multi-directional and variable mobile characteristics of basketball programs. Its training methods and methods are simple and easy, and the equipment is simple and practical, which can meet the training needs of ordinary college women's basketball teams.
