Study On The Financial Strategy Selection At Growth Stage Of XD Corporation

Nowadays,enterprises are difficult to develop lastly without strategic management,confronting with the intense competition of international and domestic market as well as the challenge of complex business environment.Financial strategy is a central part and an important supportive strategy for the enterprise strategy.Companies in growing stage risk and opportunities coexist which may lead to more failure.There are many problems lying in financing,investment and distribution of profits which prevent their further development.To some extent,the above issues determine company's development.Above all,this study put the XD company as the research objection and the research purposes have the great significance.Combined with the existing conditions of XD Company's financial management,this study applies relevant financial theory and strategic management theory to analyze issues presented in the aspects of fund raising strategy,investment strategy and the income distribution strategy.Then it proposes appropriate financial strategic according to these questions.After analysis and discussion,this study put forward“stable investment,raising debt-ratio,and moderate allocation ” financial strategy program for XD.In terms of investment strategy,it is recommended that the enterprise timely expansion;In the aspect of financing strategy,it is recommended that the enterprises to broaden the financing channels,use of debt financing,optimizing the capital structure;In terms of profit distribution,the level of corporate profits retained,the appropriate allocation.Finally,on how to strengthen the implementation of the company's financial strategy management work put forward its own Suggestions,in order to the company's financial strategy improvement and perfection of reference and reference.
