China has entered the middle and late stages of industrialization and has the conditions to implement the transformation of manufacturing.Therefore,the State Council announced the “Made in China 2025” strategic plan in May 2015,and proposed a “three-step” strategy,striving to make China into a powerful manufacturing Country.Under this background,China's manufacturing enterprises have shifted from "product-oriented" to "service-oriented".The tire industry is a basic profession that has occupies a pivotal position in the manufacturing industry.Under the guidance of the background of manufacturing service,from "manufacturers" to "service providers",looking for new development opportunities has become the main theme of the development of a large number of tire industrial enterprises.The object of study in this paper is H enterprise,a tire manufacturing enterprise in the transition period.In order to adapt to the development of the enterprise,H enterprises have proposed a series of transformational policies from the aspects of product structure,service model and sales model.The research of this paper is based on the financial strategy of H Company.Firstly,it starts with the related concepts of financial strategy and enterprise strategic transformation theory,and clarifies the supporting role of financial strategy in corporate strategic transformation.The internal and external environment during the transition period of H strategy was untangled in detail,and SWOT analysis method was used to classify and summarize the key factors affecting the financial strategy of H enterprise,such as advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.Next,combined with the key factors of the summary,cross-cutting and selecting four alternative financial strategies for the transition period,then using the QSPM strategic matrix to select the best solution through expert scoring,and analyzing and evaluating the company's investment strategy,financing strategy,working capital strategy and distribution strategy.Then plan and summarize the part of the financial strategy that is fit with the best financial strategy,finds the constraints that affect the effective implementation of the company's financial strategy.Finally,proposes corresponding safeguard measures and recommendations.Analyzes the financial strategic result after adjustment through field surveys,This article hopes to provide reference for the optimization of the financial strategy of other tire industry enterprises in the transition period by studying the financial strategy of the company H.
