In recent years,with the wide application of e-commerce and the rapid development of business and profit model of this mode of operation on the basis of certain technologies in a network environment started to become the main development direction of future business methods,in social,economic,efficient positive effect transactions,credit management,customer resources,information sharing multiple levels.Strong vitality of its modern electronic means of trading has been increasingly recognized,and significant impact for social development,business progress and people's daily lives.As China's express delivery industry leader-in the case of China Post Express expansion of e-commerce business,also achieved rapid development,but overall the courier industry to more than obvious disadvantage.How to maximize the advantages,choose the right strategy,to restore the real leader of the logistics delivery service location,it is an important issue that we need to think about.From a strategic perspective,a profound analysis of the Wuhan Post courier market is facing competition in e-commerce,the use of PEST,Porter's five forces analysis,SWOT and other strategic thinking tools to analyze the trend of e-commerce development in Wuhan,Wuhan Postal proposed how to deal with E-commerce to change the courier industry generated expansion strategy countermeasures commercial courier service thinking.I believe that it should make full use of Wuhan postal information flow,logistics and cash flow of the real advantages of the traditional third-rate one,and the transformation of traditional short board on the processes and management mechanism,turning crises into opportunities,from the brand,size,technology,and personnel costs five strategic entry points to the user experience as the core,the use of postal huge customer information resources,and to create a postal courier commercial era of big data service as the goal,to participate in e-commerce express delivery market competition to win market share.
