Research On Performance Management Of CJ Company Based On Balanced Scorecard

Enterprise management mode, with the development of the global economy andsocial change, in the rising level of information technology, driven to a place in the fiercemarket competition, enterprises can no longer stay in the traditional management mode,you must put "strategy "as a baton implementation of enterprise management. A scientificenterprise performance management system has a very important influence on theimplementation of corporate strategic objectives, because it better reflects the situationand measure the implementation of a corporate strategic objectives. Therefore, more andmore enterprises to "performance" as the enterprise management process tools to achievestrategic goals through the use of science. Balanced Scorecard is a relatively newmanagement philosophy, it can finance the enterprise, innovation and comprehensivemeasure of production, etc., encourage enterprises to put strategy into action.Based on the balanced scorecard and performance appraisal theories of learning ontheir performance management analysis and diagnosis of the current situation of thecompany as the research object to the CJ. Through targeted analysis of the company’sexisting performance management indicators of the presence of decomposition in place,is not conducive to long-term development issues proposed introduction of the BalancedScorecard. Finally, CJ company’s strategic objectives and corporate functions based onthe principles of the Balanced Scorecard, designed to fit CJ’s performance managementsystem.CJ corporate performance planning system base on development strategy inaccordance with the Balanced Scorecard four-dimensional perspective of the company’sstrategic objectives in order to build the CJ decomposition company-level BalancedScorecard. Finally, the paper proposes the implementation of the company from the CJsystem construction, inspection and evaluation of information management and otheraspects of the implementation of safeguards effective performance management.This study is an attempt to advance the process of theory to practice, good practiceand appropriate environmental conditions, hopes to use the CJ’s success and continuousimprovement to promote the balanced scorecard.
