Since the20thCentury with rapid economic development，due to economicaldevelopment and technological advancement，the human beings regard the landmerely as the object to fulfill th eir desires，cognitions，reforms and conquests. Thehuman being is the master of the man-land relationship and the man-land relationshipis a kind of subject-object relationship of reforming and being reformed. A series ofland desertification，water and soil loss，soil pollution and insufficient land resourceshave been turned from part to whole and from region to global，thus becoming acentral issue affecting survival and development of contemporary human beings，andit is expected that such issue will get worse. Accordingly，the land issue has become ahotspot and focus concerned by the contemporary society and the land crisis has evenpromoted the human beings’ comprehensive thought and exploration of thesustainable development issue.The land ethics is a product of the development of human society to a certainstage as well as an important part of the social ethics. The land ethics plays animportant social function，including guiding the land customs，stabilizing theeconomic，political and ecological order of land，standardizing the land developmentand utilization，etc. The land ethics theory system building and land ethics theorybasis construction path innovation will be significant to the land economy，politics，culture，ecology，etc.The background for the land ethics generation is land crisis，ethics abnormal andvalue lack. On the background，the paper performs a deep research based on the landethics theory，including the philosophy interpretation of land ethics，human naturecrisis-social root of the contemporary land ethics generation，three value judgmentdimensionalities of land ethics，improve the land ecological, advocate the landaesthetics view，realize life equality. The main research achievements are as follows：（1）Propose to perform the philosophy interpretation to the land ethics thoughtfrom three aspects including the epistemology vision field，ontology vision field andaxiology vision field to enrich the land ethics theory. And，the epistemology visionfield puts forward the recognition of the land utilization ethics subject，recognition ofthe “nature”，recognition of the moral emotion evolution thought and recognition ofthe development of the “constructive post-modernism”；the ontology vision fieldmainly puts forward the evolution law of the philosophy ontology of land utilization and ethics thought change；the axiology vision field mainly puts forward the contentincluding harmonious dimension and the ultimate standard of integrity.（2）Establish the theory that the human nature crisis is the social root of thecontemporary land ethics；The deep cause of the land crisis is the human nature crisisand the essence of the land crisis management is to grasp the human nature whichcontrols and is hidden behind these activities through appearances of some practiceactivities of human beings.（3）Establish the theory of three value judgment dimensionalities of land ethics，including the ecological and natural value judgment，land health standard judgmentand social justice dimensionality judgment. The content of ecological and naturalvalue judgment is that the human should respect and take care of the whole naturalecological system in the process of land using，not only considering their owneconomic interests，but also regulating their own behavior，making the behavior ofhuman beings comply with ethical norms；Land health standard judgment performsthat land can sustain their own circulation metabolism，repair damaged function andrelieve the external to the land ecosystem of malicious impact；Social justicedimensionality judgment has two connotations：on the one hand，it should keep theland resource allocation fairness，on the other hand，keep land use decision of justice.From the perspective of land ethics theory，social justice dimensionality judgmentcontains three layers: ecological，intergenerational in generation in three aspects of thefair.（4）Put forward the opinion that the significance of improving the landecological is the basic content of the land ethics，including the coming of the era ofland ethics，Leopold’s land ethic thought system，Leopold’s land ethic in improvingland ecological environment significance.
