Human resource management is a key factor that affects the core competitiveness of modern real estate companies,and a crucial issue in human resource management is employee performance evaluation.Employee performance,such as abilities,knowledge,skills,and other abilities,is of great significance to the organization of an enterprise.However,this process is so complicated due to human nature,management costs,and the subjectivity of evaluators.In addition,the determination of indicator dimensions,the assignment of weights,and the evaluation methods of performance data also pose many challenges to real estate company managers.The main goal of performance management is to evaluate employees through certain standards,and the purpose is to evaluate the differences between employees and their future performance.Therefore,by establishing a complete and reasonable performance evaluation index system,scientific evaluation of employees' performance value,It is of indescribable importance for real estate companies to improve their performance management capabilities,reduce performance management costs,and enhance their own core competitiveness.Based on the existing studies,the paper continues to do the following study:(1)Apply fuzzy theory to the performance evaluation problem,and use this as the theoretical basis for subsequent performance evaluation.(2)Effectively determine the evaluation indicators and weights by combining the existing theories and researches through the Defer method,fuzzy DEMATEL method,and fuzzy ANP method.(3)Drawing on the successful application of the fuzzy C-means algorithm in the classification of other fields,using it for performance evaluation data processing and grading,and empirical research through large sample data proves its feasibility and advantages.(4)According to the current situation of RS company performance evaluation,analyze the deficiencies by issuing electronic questionnaires,and apply the above research content to the performance evaluation of RS real estate company sales staff.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Combining the application of the Balanced Scorecard theory with the Delphi method,we can comprehensively count the common indicators of real estate sales and scientifically divide them into different dimensions according to the BSC theory,thus ensuring the comprehensiveness and scientificity of the alternative indicators.(2)The comprehensive analysis method combining BSC and fuzzy anp-dematel can build the network relation diagram of all indexes including all dimensions,and compare the importance and priority of all indexes in the mathematical matrix,which greatly improves the scientificity of index selection and weight assignment,and finally realizes a more comprehensive and reasonable performance evaluation system for salesperson.Therefore,research and analysis The results have great practical value.(3)FCM algorithm is applied to the analysis of real estate enterprise evaluation data and the classification of performance.The empirical study shows that this method not only solves the problem of single index effect failure caused by the accumulation of total scores,but also automatically conducts more scientific soft clustering according to the evaluation data of each index.Managers can make adjustments according to the actual needs,and the output results are more diverse,more flexible and accurate than the aggregation method.FCM algorithm also has the advantage of fast computing speed,which greatly saves the time and economic cost of evaluation data analysis.
