The training evaluation is an important criterion for test whether the training is success or not,the information obtained from it is the main basis for decision,it can not only evaluate the training,but also help the training department to find all aspects of training Specific issues,thereby improving the training programs and training measure,so that can make scientific decision-making of training.Thus,develop a set of scientific and practical training evaluation system for NeiMenggu Mobile can not only improve the effectiveness of staff training but also can put the limited training funds into the most effective training programs,it is very important for promoting the company's long-term development.In recent years,NeiMengGu Mobile has invested a lot of funding for training in order to accelerate the implementation of enterprise development strategies,and received good results.However,it has not put enough effort and not really recognize the importance of training evaluation,so the training evaluation methods are simply,still remain on the level of examination or survey after training,there is no training prior to the implementation and the implementation of the whole process.So,the targeted and effective of the training has been greatly influenced,and the return of the training cannot be sure.Therefore,further study the evaluation of the training of employees,build a system to adapt the development of NeiMenggu Mobile is imminent.This papers in the basic theory of training evaluation at home and abroad,based on mobile workers from NeiMenggu Mobile,analyzing the status of training evaluation,training evaluation in NeiMenggu Mobile and causes problems,then by covering the training needs analysis,training planning and training Organize,show the whole process of training effectiveness assessment of training design,respectively,from training needs assessment to training,implementation of the assessment,training,assessment of the three levels of income,build the NeiMenggu Mobile integrity training evaluation system,and further reflection of the integrity of the training Evaluation system in order to protect the effective.
