Tourism is one of the sunrise and potential industries,tourism will become one of the world's largest industry and the world's fastest growing industry in service,tourism in the 21st century,information technology,and communication are useful to promote economic development in the 21st century.Inner Mongolia will make tourism as a strategic regional pillar industry of national economy in the "1025"period".Gegentala was first rated 4A level scenic spots by China National Tourism Administration,it is the only grass tourism attractions,the largest one Inner Mongolia,and the nearest by Hohhot.How the Gegentala Travel Ltd.develop in the rapidly changing market environment is what the paper research.First,I introduce the development of the company,then,do some deep research in comparative advantage and the problem of strategy that form in developing course.We use PEST to analyse the macro-environment and industry situation.Base on the results,we propose the strategic options and practical measures for the Gegentala tourism Co.,Ltd.Through the study,I hope the research can help the Gegentala tourism Co.,Ltd.,to achieve sustainable development and promote the competitiveness of the company.
