Under the circumstance that the State Council is promoting the Broadband China Strategy and Implementation Plan,this paper studies the competition and development strategy of DXT services,and is of positive significance to the promotion of continuous development of DXT services and enterprise restructuring.This paper firstly gave an introduction to the theoretical knowledge involved in the study process,including strategy,strategic management and strategic analysis tools.This paper used PEST analytical method and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model respectively to analyze and summarize external environment of DXT services,and explained and analyzed the internal environment of DXT services from the aspects of human resources,financial resources,organizational management resources,R&D capabilities,marketing,and operation management.Afterwards,this paper used SWOT analysis method to summarize internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities and challenges of DXT services,and had corresponding strategic mixing and matching.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposed the strategic objective of DXT services-transforming from "accessed services" to "service access",vigorously promoting "broadband-based applications" solution;and proposed to formulate functional strategy implementation plan in human resources,product development,quality,services,brand,and organization structure of field services according to the strategic thinking of "base on differentiation strategy,fully realize cost leadership,and establish leadership in Retail industry and Cloud computing industry".DXT needs to make more efforts in functional strategy,improve human resources level,and deepen the degree of matching between human resources strategy and corporate strategy.In product development strategy,DXT should continuously develop new products and contents with rich solutions,and establish the position as market leadership.In quality,service and brand strategies,DXT should further enhance the capability of quality system,and strengthen corporate culture and brand building.In organization structure of field services,DXT should apply hosted mode,and migrate mode to branch companies in other provinces according to local conditions.This paper is analyzed around the enterprise itself closely.The author hope this analysis can be an important foundation for DXT's strategy making,and in the meantime can be a reference for other similar private telecom operators.
