With the rapid development of China vehicle market,China local automotive companies are also in quick development & increase phase.Meanwhile,consumers also require for a variety of vehicle products,high quality,low cost which are big challenges for manufacturing.However,compared to international automotive manufacturing enterprises,domestic automobile manufacturing industry development time is relatively short which local enterprises are relatively weak,as costs of local raw materials,labor up in recent years,previous advantage of low manufacturing cost in China now is not an advantage any more.Companies want to survive and develop in this kind of environment,required themselves to do some internal adjustments & changes.Based on above,this thesis studies on current status of auto parts enterprises internal manufacturing system,and the actions/methods of manufacturing system to reduce the cost,improve the efficiency and its competitiveness – take Suzhou M automotive parts company as an example.This paper studies and analysis the current manufacturing system situation & key issues of Suzhou M automotive part company,then began a serials of specific improvement measures,such as through use of the concept of lean production,lean production tools,just in time(JIT)to maximize the elimination of waste,and to study the implementation details and attention to all aspects of enterprise's key performances index(KPI)to verify effectiveness of the proposed corrective actions.
