Study Of Business Model Of Yongcheng City Mang Mountain Valley Ecological Garden

Ecological farm is a new operation pattern in combination with and in blend with ecological tourism and ecological agriculture,not only beneficial to the sustainable development of agriculture,but also creating a new pattern of tourism.Ecological farm,after 30 years of development,in recent years,with good economic,social and ecological benefits,has become the favorite of many business operators and the vast majority of tourism consumers,flourishing in the vast land of China.They have big difference in size,with form diversification.At the beginning of the period,it seemed to have thriving business,but with the passage of time and competition becoming increasingly obvious,some of them really became the local economic growth point and promoted jobs,while some others became stagnant project and went begging.This paper took Yongcheng City Mang Mountain valley ecological garden as the research object,business model of ecological farm as the research focus,firstly introduced development prospect and background of ecological farm as a kind of operation forms,elaborated and defined ecological farm from the perspective of business model.Then to analyze business environment of the ecological garden as comprehensive as possible,this paper used PEST model and Michael Porter's five forces model respectively to analyze macro environment and industry environment of valley ecology garden,and adopted the method of questionnaire survey to master situation of customer market in detail.After full analysis and identification for internal and external business environment of ecology garden,this paper built linkage-type business model of the whole product chain driven by sport fishing,and considered its applicability,feasibility and implementation effect as a key factor in building the business model.Finally,this paper put forward implementation suggestions on the business model.The study of business model of ecological farm carried out through research object of Mang Mountain valley ecological garden,not only is beneficial to sustainable development of ecological garden,but also it can provide a reference for establishment of this kind of enterprise's business model,even also has realistic significance in the development of commercial activities of ecological farm.These research conclusions also confirm the value of research in this article.
