Research On The Mechanism Of Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization Based On System Dynamics

Our country is in the critical period of transformation and development,the integration of informatization and industrialization strategy has become an important way to enhance our capability of independent innovation and change the mode of economic development.Although many domestic scholars have carried on the qualitative analysis to the relationship between inforatization and industrialization,influencing factors and mechanism of the integration of informatization and industrialization and other aspects,there is still a lack of quantitative research support,and it was failed to establish a clear strategic objectives and impact path of the integration of informatization and industrialization.Therefore,it is of great significance to clear the target and explore the mechanism of the integration of informatization and industrialization to promote the integration work.In this paper,based on the relevant theories and previous studies,the mechanism model of the integration of informatization and industrialization is constructed from the point of view of motivation and target.In the paper,the dynamic factors in the model are divided into government factors,enterprise factors and environment factors,and the objectives of the integration of informatization and industrialization are divided into three dimensions: economic growth,innovation ability promotion and environmental improvement,and the boundary of the system is defined,the relationship between the elements in the model is analyzed,the causality diagram and stock flow diagram are plotted.In this paper,the relevant data are obtained by the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Statistics,Shandong service platform for the integration of informatization and industrialization and other units,and the system is simulated and predicted,and from the government factors,industrial factors and environmental factors,this paper adjusts the behavior patterns of the elements in order to observe the corresponding changes in the behavior of the system.The results showed that government policy has a great influence on the behavior of enterprise informatization and the integration of informatization and industrialization level,can improve the industrial output and GDP,and while increasing government informatization investment,it has a greater role in promoting the integration of informatization and industrialization platforms,the informatization level and information service level,and has smaller effect on application level of the integration of informatization and industrialization and GDP.The increase of enterprise's investment has a greater effect on the application level of the integration of informatization and industrialization and has a positive effect on the innovation and environmental improvement and economic growth.The support of enterprises has a significant role in promoting the investment of enterprises.The informatization level and information professionals are able to effectively enhance the level of the integration of informatization and industrialization.Finally,according to the results of this study,the paper puts forward targeted suggestions to promote the integration of informatization and industrialization,and the shortcomings of this study and the next step of the work are described.The innovations of this research mainly has two aspects: on the one hand,the multidimensional target system of the integration of informatization and industrialization is constructed,the influencing factors of the integration of informatization and industrialization are deeply studied,the mechanism model based on "dynamic-target" is established,which provides a new perspective for the deep and comprehensive understanding of the mechanism of the integration of informatization and industrialization.On the other hand,using the system dynamics to study the mechanism of the integration of informatization and industrialization,and to make simulation prediction and scene simulation of the integration of informatization and industrialization,exploring the influence degree of various factors in the system on the integration of informatization and industrialization,which provides the basis for the identification of key factors in the integration of informatization and industrialization and the policy rehearsal,and realizes the effective supplement to the static research of the integration of informatization and industrialization.
