Research On The Measurement Of New Industrialization And Informatization In Heilongjiang Province

The country needs to have a solid economic foundation.In the report of the 19th National Congress,it is emphasized that if we want to promote the further development of the "four modernizations",we need to give full play to the role of the government,actively contribute to the development of economic globalization,and move higher.Horizontal open economy.The report of the 18th National Congress pointed out that promoting the deep integration between informatization and new industrialization and taking a new industrialization road with Chinese characteristics is an important measure to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.Under the global environment of encouraging competition,promoting the deep integration of new industrialization and informatization,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure are the only way to advocate green,intelligent and innovative development.Therefore,this paper has important practical significance for measuring the level of "two integrations" in Heilongjiang Province and analyzing its integration status.This paper is divided into five chapters.Firstly,based on the theoretical research background and practical experience summarized in the domestic and foreign literatures,this paper combs and discusses it.Secondly,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the new industrialization and information integration.Including the connotation,level and stage of the"two-in-one" deep integration,and the mechanism research of the "two-in-one" fusion;again,this paper proposes to use the factor analysis method to construct the "two-in-one" deep integration measurement index system of Heilongjiang Province,and the factor analysis method The basic principles are explained in detail.Then,the empirical analysis of the 10-year data of Heilongjiang Province from 2008 to 2017 is carried out.The composite system coordination degree model is used to measure the current situation of the integration of the two technologies,and then the linear regression model is constructed according to the index weights.The "two transformations" are mutually integrated to promote the influencing factors of efficiency;finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,the policy recommendations for further integration of the "two transformations" in Heilongjiang Province are proposed.The conclusion reached in this paper is that the level of integration of new industrialization and informatization in Heilongjiang Province has gradually increased,but there are still many problems.How to improve the further integration level of "two transformations" in Heilongjiang Province and help further transform and upgrade the industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province is an important direction for future development.The empirical analysis also shows that improving the overall informationization level of enterprises in Heilongjiang Province is the basis of integrated development,and it is especial particularly effective in driving the overall industrial economic benefits.Therefore,the paper concludes that it is necessary to strengthen macro guidance and organizational coordination,promote corporate governance reform,do a gradual and progressive strategic deployment,build a dual talent system,consolidate the industrial base,accelerate the construction of information industry,and focus on the development space and technology of private enterprises.Investing and promoting the interaction between the two can promote the development of new industrialization and information integration.
