Crop seed industry is a national strategic core industry in China.In 2011,the State Council issued Accelerating the Development of Modern Crop Seed Industry Views,and proposed to build a crop and seed industry technology innovation mode,which defined as a business-oriented,market-oriented sharing of benefits and risks-sharing mode.As China's population continues to grow,the rigid demand for food is still large,also,changes in consumption structure places a new demand on the safety of agricultural products and quality.So,increasing resource-saving,eco-friendly seed of innovation and improving innovation ability of seed industry technology is an important part to ensure food security and promote agricultural supply-side structural reforms.Recently,most seed companies rely on industry-research cooperation mode of seed industry and enter the stage of growth,in that case,their breeding research capabilities continue to improve,gradually entered by the primary production and operation of a single species of diverse varieties and innovative growing.However,at growth stage,seed enterprises' overall scientific research capability of seed enterprises is weak,lack of germplasm resources and breeding of talent,and rely on independent breeding innovation which is difficult to meet the requirements of seed industry science and technology innovation.In 2016,the CPC Central Committee stressed to improve industry-research cooperation mode of seed industry,innovation main body status,and seed industry's capacity for independent innovation.Now,the study of industry-research cooperation mode of seed industry for most scholars mainly confined to the theory of cooperation mode lacking of empirical research.So,empirical study on the influence factors of industry-research cooperation mode of seed industry at growth stage has a significant practical and theory significance to promote elements flow to the enterprises,improve enterprises independent innovation abilityIn this paper,according to the theory of National Innovation System and Enterprise Life Cycle Theory as the foundation,combined with the related research of cooperation mode on production-study-research and industry-research cooperation mode of seed industry,the research framework of industry-research cooperation mode of seed industry is built.By Factors Analytical method,the main factors of cooperation mode between enterprise at growth stage and institution of seed industry is clustered.By Logistic Regression Analysis method,the inner link between seed enterprises' choice of industry-research cooperation mode and influencing factors are exploredThe main contents include three parts.Based on the elements research of National Innovation System Theory,elements flow and collaboration can be illustrated.Elements flow and collaboration are the breakthrough points of this paper,which defines four modes:technological purchase cooperation mode,task agreement cooperation mode,sharing platform cooperation mode and economic entity cooperation mode,and product structure.This paper segments seed enterprises at growth stage into high-speed growth period(Growth I)and low-speed growth period(Growth II).Combining the knowledge flow and the essential factor of national innovation system collaborative research,therefore the research framework of industry-research cooperation mode of seed industry is built.Based on 362 questionnaires which senior managers working in seed industry at growth stage are asked.By Factors Analytical method,the main factors of cooperation mode between enterprises at growth stage ?&? and institution of seed industry is clustered.By Logistic Regression Analysis method,the inner link between seed enterprises' choice of industry-research cooperation mode and influencing factors are explored.At last,on the basis of empirical research,some suggestions of seed enterprises at stage ?&? of growth are put forward.Article draws conclusions.For seed enterprises at the stage of growth I:(1)Industry-research cooperation mode of seed industry are influenced by policy support,cooperation mechanisms,breeding technology,business market,R&D capabilities and innovation directions.(2)Technological purchase cooperation mode is positively influencing by policy support and market demand.Task agreement cooperation mode is positively influencing by breeding techniques.Sharing platform cooperation mode and economic entity cooperation mode is positively influencing by policy support and market demand.For seed enterprises at the stage of growth II:(1)Industry-research cooperation mode of seed industry are influenced by policy support,policy support,resource allocation capabilities,cooperation mechanisms,breeding technology and R&D capability.(2)Task agreement research cooperation mode is negatively influencing by resource allocation capabilities,policy support and R&D capacity.Sharing platform cooperation mode and economic entity cooperation mode is positively influencing by policy support,breeding techniques and cooperation mechanisms.Based on the research results,this paper makes the following recommendations:For seed enterprises at the stage of growth ?:(1)Choosing task agreement research mode as primary,while other cooperation modes as supplement.(2)Focusing on improve breeding technology level,establishing market feedback mechanism,relying on the policy support,absorbing the breeding factors.For seed enterprises at the stage of growth ?:(1)Choosing sharing platform cooperation mode and economic entity cooperation mode as primary,while other modes as supplement.(2)Focusing on building policy evaluation mechanisms,design process,an innovative culture atmosphere and introducing high-quality breeding talents...
