Study On The Factors Affecting The Change Of Shandong Industrial Center Of Gravity

The industrial center of gravity reflects the spatial distribution of the industry in the region,it can be used to measure the spatial equilibrium of regional industrial development.At the same time,with the change of the regional industrial development conditions and the change of the external environment and so on,the development of the industry in different regions has changed,which also affects the change of the industrial center of gravity.Shandong province is a vast area,and the distribution of industries in the region is not balanced,the eastern region is more developed than the central and western regions of the industry,so the focus of Shandong province to the east.And since 2000,with the comprehensive development of Shandong Province,the rapid rise of the Midwest,Shandong industrial center of gravity is constantly changing.Based on the study of the change of the industrial center of gravity in Shandong Province,this paper traces the change path of the three industries in the period of 2000-2015 in Shandong Province,and analyzes the change characteristics of the industrial center of gravity according to the changing track of the industrial center of gravity.In the past fifteen years,Shandong province's industrial center of gravity is approaching to the center of gravity.The variation of the first and second industry focus trend which is more significant,showing changes to the southwest.But from the beginning of 2010,this trend has begun to slow down,the center of gravity changes tend to smooth.Factors affecting the change of the center of gravity of the diversity of industry,according to the different effects of various factors on the development of industry,from production factors,policy factors,support factors of three aspects to explore their influence on the industry focus.The index system of influencing factors of industrial center of gravity is established,which includes factor input,government support,communication,technology innovation,infrastructure and service,education,etc..On the basis of the above index system,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of Shandong province's industrial center of gravity by using principal component analysis and regression analysis based on the relevant data of 2000-2015 in Shandong province.The results show that the three industrial center of gravity are affected by the traffic communication factors,followed by the government's support factors and infrastructure and service factors.In addition,the scientific and technological factors contribute to the change of the focus of the third industry is very large,its positive role is significant.But the science and technology factors and educational factors on the second industry focus is showing a negative effect,it also shows that the two factors in the development of Shandong Province,the spatial scope is extremely uneven,narrowing the gap hinders the regional industrial development.Considering Shandong Province Industrial gravity change characteristics and the results of empirical analysis,in order to promote the coordinated development of Shandong province in the space reasonable layout,industrial area,put forward the following suggestions: promoting elements flow between regions,improve the efficiency of resource allocation;pay attention to the basic construction of the central and Western Regions,especially the improvement of traffic communication network;improve the level of scientific research and the level of education,enhance the positive role in promoting science and education factors on industrial development and upgrading;according to local characteristics,guide the rational division of labor and cooperation of regional industry,optimize the regional industrial layout;at the same time,the transformation of government functions to do the key to play a guiding role of it.
