Research On Adjustment Mechanism Of Pension Of Urban Workers In Shandong Province

With the aging of population,Shandong provincial finance department was given huge payment pressure in the context of the widening gap of pension payments.With a high proportion of pension adjustment,the risk of unable to reach the balance will also increase.Consequently,is especially important to calculate the way to adjust the future pension insurance in Shandong which will by the establishment of actuarial model.In this article,we will put forward a more equitable,reasonable and sustainable basic pension adjustment plan through the research on the adjustment mechanism of pension treatment,which will help Shandong provincial government make choices in the future pension adjustment measures.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,and introduces the main literature review related to the topic.The second part is the summary of relevant theories,this paper introduces the main contents of the basic pension insurance system in Shandong province and the present situation and existing problems of the basic pension insurance for urban workers in Shandong Province.And introduced the principle and basic research methods of actuarial balance,make a theoretical basis fo the following establishment of actuarial model.The third chapter is the actuarial analysis of basic pension.This chapter analyzes the factors that affect the income and expenditure of pension,according to the specific data of Shandong Province,the possible changes of the factors affecting the income and expenditure in the next 15 years are predicted.Finally,put forward five sets of ideas about the adjustment of pension treatment.The fourth chapter is the simulation of the basic pension adjustment mechanism in Shandong Province.Firstly,the feasibility of the model is tested by historical data,then predicted the income and expenditure of basic pension insurance in Shandong in the next 15 years.Finally,according to the principle of balance of income and expenditur,we determine the most suitable for the future economic development of Shandong pension adjustment program.The fifth chapter is conclusion and suggestion.This part summarizes the conclusions of the study,and puts forward somesuggestions for the adjustment of the basic pension in Shandong Province.
