Research On The Optimization Of The Operation And Management Of HuaRongXiangJang Bank Information System Based On ITIL

With the strong development of business and the continuous deepening of information,the function of bank information system is more and more powerful,and the dependence of the banking business on the information system is also getting higher and higher,therefore the stability of the operation of the information system is directly related to the sustainability of the banking business.Industry experts believe that how to make rational use of IT resources to guard against IT risk,improve the quality of service IT is a common concern of the banking sector.A new era of information construction occurred in HuaRongXiangJiang Bank since 2010.It shows high request to the IT Department when a mount of information system doubles every year,such as City disaster recovery system,disaster recovery system,data center automation,cloud platform,etc.Howerver,the IT operation business of HuaRongXiangJiang Bank remained mainly rely on artificial and paper circulation,the abilities of maintenance lags behind the new system construction level.According to the knowledge of the architecture of ITIL,this paper gives the analysis of the current situation of HuaRongXiangJiang Bank's maintenance management in the IT Department and provides methods and practices to promote its operation management level.Firstly,this paper researches on the basic concepts relate to the concept of IT operation and maintenance management which is based on ITIL theory in order to determine the theoretical basis.Then it researches on the status of operation and maintenance management,finds out the process,efficiency,measurement problems existing in HuaRongXiangJiang Bank's information system and explains the necessity and feasibility of introducing ITIL project into HuaRongXiangJiang Bank.Thirdly,according to the problems,this paper provides solutions for the optimization strategy of existing problems in operation and maintenance which is based on ITIL theory and data center operation-maintenance theory.Finally,the author contrasts the optimization effect in IT operation and maintenance management before and after the implement ITIL project.The relevant conclusions of this paper can be applied to the management practice of ITIL project in the same or other business,provides sufficient theoretical and practical experience of IT operation-maintenance optimization for the enterprise to adopt ITIL framework implementation.
