Perceived organizational support and organizational trust are the main factors that influence the performance of employees.It is of great significance to explore the relationship among organizational support,organizational trust and innovation performance.In recent years,researchers have begun to pay more attention to the influence of perceived organizational support and organizational trust on employee innovation performance.However,few studies have examined the effects of perceived organizational support and organizational trust on innovation performance.This study intends to explore the effect of organizational support on innovation performance from the perspective of organizational trust.A study on 325 knowledge workers between the ages 18~55 years as the research object,the perceived organizational support scale and organizational trust scale and innovation performance scale,discusses the relationship between perceived organizational support,organizational trust and innovation performance.The results of the study showed that there was a significant positive correlation between perceived organizational support and innovation performance,and significant positive correlation with organizational trust.Found after control of demographic variables,perceived organizational support on employee innovation performance has significant predictive effect,it has a significant positive effect of organizational trust on knowledge workers' innovative performance,it has a significant positive effect on organizational trust enterprise knowledge employee innovation performance.Two in the study of the study based on the age between 18~55 years,years of work in the first half to 40 years between knowledge workers as the research object,analyzes the knowledge staff to support the relationship between sense and innovation performance in organizational trust,organization,focuses on the organizational trust in the intermediary role of organizational support between innovation the performance and knowledge workers.In study two,the same results were obtained from the study,and there was a significant positive correlation between organizational trust and perceived organizational support.Overall organizational trust,employee's organizational trust and organizational trust are positively correlated with innovation performance.We are still the second study found that organizational trust in the sense of organizational support and innovative performance has a mediating effect,namely the overall organizational trust organizational support plays a part intermediary role and innovation performance,of the employee's organizational trust in perceived organizational support and innovation performance plays a part intermediary role of organizational trust in the staff colleagues the mediating effect of organizational support and innovation performance,this result is consistent with our hypotheses,proved that organizational trust has a partial mediating effect between perceived organizational support and innovative performance,The research results show that organizational trust can knowledge has a positive effect on employee innovation performance,perceived organizational support can also have positive effects on employee knowledge innovation performance,organizational trust,organizational support between sense and innovation performance of knowledge workers play the part of the intermediary role.
