| Public cloud storage provides a new way for users to manage their personal information and other digital data,Virtualization technology implements the goal of multi-tenant Shared platform resources.However,the users’ information security concerns have become the important constraint of promotion.This article starts from the main factors affecting the security of users’ information and the triggering mechanism,analysing the manifestation and main links of the information security concerns.On this basis,the whole building user information security model and user information security management system,and focused on the security and privacy of users digital intellectual property security specific safeguard measures are put forward.Finally,in the case of baidu cloud storage,this paper analyzes the problems of the platform in the practice of guaranteeing users’ information security,and puts forward some suggestions.The concrete contents organize as follows.Chapter 1 describes theory foundation.The Chapter introduces the theory of total quality management,safety chain theory and governance theory research,the connotation and characteristics of these theories and applied in the field of information security.Chapter 2 describes the influence factors of users’ information security in public cloud storage.This article focuses on environmental factors,technical factors and management factors,Analyzed the multi-tenant sharing environment,network environment,virtualization technology and other technologies,lack of laws and regulations,commercial interests drive intervention,format contract,cannot meet the SLA and human factors such as the effects of main factors on the users’ information security.Chapter 3 describes the mechanism of user information safety in public cloud storage.Under the public cloud storage environment,privacy security and digital intellectual property rights are the most important to users,and also the most vulnerable to infringement.This paper analyzes the information of the user from the process of collecting and destroying,which can lead to the user’s data and information leakage.Chapter 4 describes the realization of the whole security of user information in public cloud storage.Through safety chain theory,this paper builds basic environmental safety,information collection,information storage,information transmission,information processing/using and destruction of security in the integration of information security model.According to the theory of governance,the management system which is top-down dominated by government,industry,social organization and users are widely engaged.For the threat of human factors,the management of public cloud storage providers,internal personnel and users will be strengthened.Chapter 5 describes the baidu cloud storage service as case study.First,we investigated the application practice of baidu cloud,and the technology and management methods to safeguard the users’ information security.Then we analyse the shortcomings of the baidu cloud and put forward some suggestions.Chapter 6 summarizes the findings and points out the shortcomings of the research,forecasting the future direction of research. |
