Modern society was highly competitive,and the enterprise,not only to have financial capital,social capital and human capital,there was an extremely important capital,psychological capital cannot be ignored.A large number of facts showed that the current business has been rely on the mental capital of senior leaders to enhance and promote their own development,affect employee innovation and enhance their competitiveness.Only by this way,enterprises could improve their competitiveness,to obtain the best interests.Therefore,it was of great practical significance for the enterprises to study the influence of the psychological capital of the senior leaders on the innovation behavior of the employees.This paper was based on the theoretical background of the relationship between senior leadership and innovation,the realistic background of senior leaders' psychological capital influencing the current innovation behavior of modern enterprises.First of all,this article examineed a large number of literature,learned the characteristics,psychological capital,innovative behavior and other theoretical basis for senior leadership psychological capital,innovative behavior,corporate culture and strategic goal-oriented concept defined.By drawing on the previous research results,the paper combined with theoretical analysis,put forward the research structure and research hypothesis.Summed up the analysis of existing research results,the introduction of innovative strategic objectives of the intermediary variables and innovative cultural adjustment variables.Through the research,it is found that:(1)the psychological capital of senior managers have a positive effect on the employee's innovation behavior,and the four dimensions of mental capital's self-confidence,hope,tenacity and positive optimism can explain the variation of employee's innovation behavior.Among them,the impact of tough wisdom was relatively large,self-confidence and positive and optimistic about the impact of innovative employees,the hope of excellence were the least impact on employee innovation behavior.(2)The innovation culture played an important role in the influence of psychological capital on the employee's innovation behavior,the psychological capital cannot only directly affect the employee's innovation behavior,but also indirectly through the innovation culture of the staff innovation behavior.(3)Through the strategic target-oriented adjustment effect analysis,the strategic goal orientation played a significant role in the influence of psychological capital on the employee's innovation behavior.In the face of complex and competitive environment,if the enterprise want to develop rapidly and maintain a competitive advantage,financial and technical alone were not enough,the enterprise should pay attention to cultivate manpower,appropriated training of leaders of the psychological capital level,to carried out some related courses training,through the senior management of the psychological capital of the staff's innovative behavior,created a positive and effective corporate culture,through the corporate culture so that staff could be united and maintain a positive spirit,obtain the protection of enterprise innovation and improve the level of innovation performance.In addition,In regard to the promotion and selection of leaders,the enterprise should consider the psychological capital of this factor,try to select some positive and optimistic leaders,because the optimistic leaders could motivate staff better,play a certain role in the enterprise.
