Human Resources Management plays a significant role in corporate operation.Labor mobility gains its remarkable speed when China gradually to be driving force of international economy development.G company,as an expert supplier of management consulting industry is encountering severe problem that high demission rate can't meet labor demand rising from company development strategy.G company has to take action to stabilize staff in order to en-sure healthy and sound development,which make it crucial to optimize human resources management.The thesis will deliver detailed analysis on problems existed.In line with knowledge and theory of human resources management,this thesis will offer detailed analysis on specific problems the company facing,for instance,business mode of ex-pert network makes organization over flatted and in shortage of workable and positive human resource management.And following three approaches are suggested:setting up strategic human resources management system in line with company's development strategy,making comparison among human resource service industry and human resource management of con-sultant industry as well as inspecting strategy implementation effect of G company.The thesis illustrate scientific human resource management system is foundation of corporate stable de-velopment.That has been briefly stated in the summary.
