Human Resource Structure Optimization Of HG Northwest Institute

Globalization, diversity and changing conditions are not only basic management conditions of enterprise and business managers, but also fundamental conditions of human resource work must face. How to optimize the allocation of human resources of enterprises, improve the company’s human resource structure, enhance the competitiveness of human resources in globalization, diversity and constantly changing environment is a key issue for many traditional state-owned enterprises need to be addressed.In the paper, the registered persons and personnel structure of Northwest HG Institute by December 31,2014, are carefully studied in the human resource structure and other related human resources management theories. By reviewing relevant literatures, integrated using theoretical, empirical, comparative, quantitative, qualitative, systems analysis and other research methods, the structural contradictions of human resources business is systematically studied. Meanwhile, the optimization scheme is designed and the safeguard measures to optimize program implementation is proposed.In the first chapter, the Northwest Institute HG industry background and historical changes are introduced, the meaning of study the human resources of the enterprise structure optimization is pointed out; In the second chapter, the theoretical structure of human resources and human resource structure optimization theory are reviewed; In the third and fourth chapter, the status quo of the present stage constitutes in the corporate human resources, the reasons which lead to structural contradictions of present stage human resources and the existing structural problems are analyzed. In chapter V, combing business development strategy, the overall principles, objectives and specific programs of business human resource structure optimization are proposed; Safeguard measures for embodiment of optimization scheme is proposed in chapter Ⅵ; the important conclusions and further study of the paper are obtained in chapter Ⅶ.Through the systematic study of Institute human resource structure of HG Northwest, the human resource structure optimization for enterprise is designed. The study has great significance for upgrading human resources management level, improving the overall quality of staff, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, meanwhile, it also provides a human resource structure reference for the Scientific Research Institute of Petroleum Group and the extension of similar internal enterprise.
