Processing and manufacturing enterprises is in the middle link of the realization of the value of raw materials,and its profitability and profit space is limited.To achieve value-added goods and corporate profits,the enterprise make efforts to control the processing costs.Production material control is one of the most direct and effective measures to reduce the cost of production and operation and get more profits.The main purpose of material management and Control is to optimize the allocation of funds and resources to optimize the allocation of funds and materials,and finally to achieve the fundamental effect of reducing costs and improving efficiency.Subject to the limitations of the industry,processing and manufacturing enterprises in the majority of materials management and control also belong to extensive management,material control arbitrariness.With the expansion of the capacity of the industry,manufacturing enterprises can earn the intermediate value to create profit margins continue to compress,the processing cost control and material management and control level put forward higher requirements.In this paper,the C copper smelting enterprises as an example,the study of the enterprise through precision management tools and business process reengineering of the production of goods and materials management strategy.First of all,according to the production process and the process of the enterprise,the author draws the full value flow chart,and finds the key link of the production material control along the value flow chart.The research of material management organizational structure and control of the production process,the business process reengineering,scientific and rational use of the system,process,standardization,optimal procurement model precise management to implement the production material control strategy.C copper smelting enterprise is a traditional state-owned enterprise,Material management foundation work is not in place,resulting in the real situation is unclear,inconsistent accounts;Material management level resulting in inventory backlog;generation consumption phenomenon is serious,causes the enterprise when the cost distortion;material management responsibility is unknown,the object is not clear,resulting in no quantitative inventory management;inventory structure unreasonable,sluggish large supplies,resulting in deterioration of Capital turnover of goods,rising Costs.A lot of problems to the enterprise efficiency,profit Creation brings great resistance and difficulties,a direct threat to the survival of enterprises,it is more difficult to talk about the development of enterprises.To solve the above problems,this paper conducts research on the production material control measures for the optimization of C enterprise,using the optimal procurement model,optimal cost model and optimal storage model and precise management theory of the enterprise material management process improvement and curing on the practice of deep analysis.The enterprise ultimately promote the enterprise management level and profitability of the overall promotion of exploration and practice,for similar enterprises related research has certain reference significance.
